For the 2018 BAFTA Awards, stars flooded out to London to show support (and solidarity) for the work of #TimesUp while acknowledging British actors. While the night showed the stars on and off the runway, one look that we just couldn’t take our eyes off of was Lupita Nyong’o and her beauty:
Her makeup artist, Nick Barose, went to Instagram and shared his makeup tips to achieve the look. On her eyes, he grabbed the winged liner with black and metallic blue Lancome’s DramaLiqui pencil in ‘Noir Intense’ and Ombré Hypnose Stylo Eye Color Stick in ‘Bleu Chrome’.
On lips, he added the Lancome Color Design Matte Lip Crayon in ‘Oui Monsieur’. Beautiful! What a beautiful play on the ’80s look by pairing blue and red together, especially on that rich, chocolate skin. And considering she’s been the talk of the town lately with Black Panther, I can see why she’s literally all of the beauty goals we can ever have.
