Siriano first gained attention after winning the fourth season of Bravo’s Project Runway and then launched his eponymous fashion label in 2008. He has dressed various celebrities, including Michelle Obama, Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sophie Turner, Demi Lovato, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and others. In September 2016, he partnered with David’s Bridal to launch a collection of bridesmaid dresses.

SIRIANO’S FAMILY: Siriano’s mother is Filipino, and his father is Italian. He has two older sisters, Jessica and Jennifer (who both work in the fashion industry). Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, he attended the Governor’s School for the Arts, where he first learned how to sew.
Although it was not always clear how serious Christian was about becoming a designer, his high school guidance counselor helped him get into Parsons School of Design after visiting New York City one summer while Siriano was still in high school. By this point, Siriano had already decided that he wanted to be a professional dancer. Still, after graduating from Parsons School of Design with honors BFA in Fashion Design & Merchandising, he decided that design was his true passion.
